No. All you need to sign up is a password. The service creates a name like “quiet-whale-4821” and a recovery key for you.
Your recovery key restores access — we show it once at sign-up. Enter it together with your name on the recovery page. Without the key the account can't be recovered: we don't know who you are and can't verify it.
No. The camera recognises your expressions on your device, and only an animated avatar is sent to the specialist.
No. Video and audio go directly between your browser and the specialist's browser, encrypted. They never reach our server, so we can't record them.
Payment goes through a payment service. We only receive confirmation that the call is paid, and the amount. Your card number and name never reach us.
